Based in Portland, OR, Silver Horse is a quartet crafting Americana and country rock held together by a decades-old friendship. What began as a 2018 Craigslist connection eventually found its steady pulse when bassist Earl Watts (Mobile, AL) brought in his lifelong hometown friend, Clint Havard, to round out the lineup alongside Southern Oregon vocalist Brice Posin and British multi-instrumentalist Jack Gray.
Their latest EP—recorded at Singing Sands and mixed by Larry Crane (Jackpot! Recording)—captures a band leaning into their natural chemistry: grooves, honest storytelling, atmospheric pedal steel, and gritty guitar work.
